If you have heard the music at a Chloe Fashion show, then you have heard the soft jazz vocals of Jonny Blu. His last album is one of my favorites. I loved hearing "King of the Road," a song I grew up listening. If you are in New York City and can make this appearance, you will not regret it. He is great.

JONNY BLU is a uniquely talented singer/songwriter who was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.
Jonny Blu performs "Latin Sessions" in NYC. When: Saturday, September 12, 2009 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM EDT
Where: Iridium Jazz Club 1650 Broadway New York, NY 10023
Click here to view the event "Come join me for the Official Launch of my new album "Taboo"! I hope you can make it"!
Cheers!
The debut (US) album from Jonny Blu brings a smooth pop sound with hints of cool jazz to your ears. With most of the songs written by Jonny, his music, vocals and lyrics will make you say, "Ooh wee!" The album is "Just That Kind of A Mood." I loved it. I have it on my computer and in my car. "With a cool and sophisticated vocal style, Jonny Blu leads the way among a new generation of Swing/Pop artists, writing, composing and producing his own songs. Jonny's music, combining a Swing driven sound with hints of blues and jazz, will please any generation of music lovers."

Traveling around Pittsburgh is always an adventure for me as I seek out new restaurants to try. One of the places I really enjoyed was a very accessible restaurant called Tana Ethiopian Cuisine. Now, why would I say "very accessible"? As you near the building, which was built prior to the ADA, you will notice nearly twenty steps into the restaurant. However, when you get to the entrance of the building, there is a fully accessible lift. Thank you so much, Tana Ethiopian Cuisine; I will be coming back. I went to dinner with my brother and his friend Bill, and the overall atmosphere was the best: great service and wonderful food.
Please stop by, and tell your friends to stop by Tana. They have many different entertaining events planned. I was having a good ride on the lift, although I thought the photo made me look lost.
Tana proudly hosts The Tony Campbell Band every Wednesday, during dinner, from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. Join us for a relaxing and entertaining evening of dinner, jazz, and $4 martinis every Wednesday! No cover charge. 412-665-2770 Tana Ethiopian Cuisine 5929 Baum Blvd Pittsburgh PA 15206

Pittsburgh's Little Italy, where the old is becoming accessible. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a beautiful city that's full of culture and the spice of life. I took a trip down to little Italy when the Italian festival was going on. You could smell the aroma of the food all the way, coming from the small restaurants by the sidewalks to the vendors selling wares and food on the street. YUMMY. As I strolled down the streets full of history in Pittsburgh's Little Italy, I was surprised and thrilled that most of the stores have become accessible. I stopped by to thank an owner for his great work on his ramp. Since many areas of Pittsburgh are still very inaccessible due to the age of the buildings, it was great to see that a small community was making sure people had access to the shops and restaurants.
